Usage and Rights
Commissioned artworks are not to be resold or used in any way that could bring income unless discussed before hand
Commissioned artworks are not to be drastically altered or edited by anyone except for me, the artist.
Commissioned artworks are for NOT TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH CRYPTOCURRENCY IN ANYWAY SHAPE OR FORMCommissioned artworks are for personal use only.
> You may use the artworks for their profile pictures, online posts, etc... credits is a must.
> You may make a single physical copy of the artwork for personal use or for gifting purpose.
> I retain the rights of reproducing, distributing, creating derivatives of my work.
> I retain the right to display my work on my social media, portfolio.
> I may decline any commission requests.
Process
An invoice will be sent via PayPal after the commission request is accepted.Full payment or 50% partial payment must be made before I start the commission or queued.50% of the finished commission value is treated as deposit and is non-refundableCommissions may be take between 2 weeks to months depending on schedule and the complexity of the artwork.I send you one or multiple line sketches for your coloured or coloured sketch commissions.With your approval I will move on with colouring stages.I may or may not send you progress pictures of your commission after the sketch stage.
Though you may request to see work in progress whenever.You will receive at least two full-size PNG files of your commission, one completed and the sketch that was approved.Minor changes are accepted to be made before and during the commission.Any major changes or after the colouring has been finalised that deviates from the approved initial sketch substantially will incur an additional charges (I will tell you before hand)
Refund Policy
For Sketches
You may NOT request a refund if the commission has been started.For Colored and Colored Sketches
If you paid full upfront you will only be refunded half of the cost of the commission back as 50% of the finished commission value is treated as deposit and is non-refundable(This does not include tips as it is non refundable)There may be exceptions depending on circumstances.The refund will be made via PayPal, after PayPal fees.
